Mel Cowan

Mel has excelled in a career spanning three decades working with CEOs and executives on strategy, leadership, cultural change, organisational alignment and safety leadership. He has led successful complex transformational change projects for large corporates in over 17 industries and in more than 12 countries. Mel also has an extensive history of successful interventions with government including the UK Government, UAE Government and governments at all levels in Australia. 

Mel combines the practical realities of business with innovative and engaging processes that are backed by academic research. He co-creates solutions with the client to build ownership and sustainable performance outcomes. 

Dr Eric Sandelands

Eric has three decades of experience in leadership development as a line manager, leader of learning functions, academic and global pioneer in virtual learning. Eric has led global and national learning functions for large corporates in UK, North America, the Middle East, South Africa, and Russia. Eric uses a collaborative leadership approach with clients to embed sustainable outcomes from learning programs. Eric’s great strength is to turn academic research in to simple and practical tools for leaders and their teams.  

Inger Kelly

Inger is a highly regarded executive leadership coach, organisational development specialist and trusted advisor to executive teams having partnered with CEOs and Executive teams to create thriving cultures, optimise performance and develop agile and adaptive leadership. Having senior leadership experience within organisations that were undergoing significant transformation, Inger has a keen interest in leadership in uncertainty and complexity. She encourages leaders and teams to broaden their perspectives, build on their strengths and make better decisions about what they do and how they go about it.  She has extensive experience coaching leaders and leadership teams in Education, Health, Technology, Mining, and Tourism and Hospitality sectors.

Peter Daniels

Senior Consultant - Safety Leadership

Peter has extensive experience in a career spanning 25 years with ExxonMobil, working with management and workforce personnel across Upstream & Downstream organisations on risk management, safety and loss prevention initiatives. He has delivered successful outcomes on behaviour based loss prevention for refining and distribution operations in the asia pacific network including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China, South Korea, Japan, PNG, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Mike Groves

Senior Consultant - Safety Leadership

Mike is a Senior Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Consultant with previous experience leading HSEQ project teams on major international resource development projects and serving in senior leadership positions supporting global HSEQ operations. Mike has led effective cultural change throughout organisations, large and small, to support the vision and belief that injuries are preventable. Mike has a proven track record of working with diverse personnel and cultures and uniting the team to work together and achieve incredible success in safely delivering project completion.
